Currently July!

 Here are some things that have been going on around these parts...

{Reading} Silver Linings Playbook. I watched the movie a couple weekends ago, because T wanted to see it and even though I'm only 30 pages in I can already tell how different the book is! Now I'm kind of glad I saw the movie first.

{Listening to} The new BSB song In a World Like This :) So, SO excited for the concert!

{Watching} Pretty Little Liars is the only show I watch weekly (and even this week I had to record it). Life has just been TOO hectic! Occasionally we'll watch HGTV too!

{Enjoying} Fun weekends with my husband and pup. The only thing that gets me through the week...

{Annoyed by} Being an adult, job searching, bill, all of those fun things.

{Wearing} Nike shorts, C9 sports bra, and C9 workout shirt.

{Shopping for} Garmin Forerunner 10 watch! I've been saving a little from each of my checks- soon that baby will be mine!

{Writing} The sections for my new blog layout!!! & scheduled blog posts. Oh and GRE practice problems.

{Excited about} Celebrating our anniversary on Saturday!!! We're going to dinner at Bennihana and spending the evening at a hotel (that has a noon check out time)!!!

{Obsessed with} Daydreaming about our future. Everything is so up in the air right now that I've been doing it to keep me sane.

{Laughing at} Everyone's Instagram videos! I love them :)


... Life has been crazy busy lately. T started his new full time job and it came with ~20 hours of OT in the first two weeks. His summer II semester also started this week. And on top of that I've been applying and interviewing for nanny positions left and right. I'm crossing my fingers that one of them will work out! I apologize in advance if things are inconsistent around here for the next week.

Currently I am... 

{Reading} Crushed which is the most recent Pretty Little Liars novel. I thought that I'd be reading a lot more than I have, but I've been trying to figure out a schedule that works and that can include everything that I'd like it to. I do read during my lunch break everyday though.

{Listening to} Blurred Lines by Robin Thicke ft. Pharrell- such a good beat to it! Google it right now!

 

{Watching} I am so excited that Pretty Little Liars is back tonight!!! I've also been watching Keeping up with the Kardashians, Game of Thrones (which is now over), and that's it. I honestly don't know how I'm going to have time to watch all of my fall shows :/

{Enjoying} Daily walks with Duke, spending time with my boys, and being home. I never actually realized how much I missed living near our families and friends. We have been 70x more social since moving back.

{Annoyed by} Having to retake the GRE and reapply to Graduate School. It's so stressful and I'm not a good test taker. AT ALL.

{Wearing} AE Artist Capris and a teal polo- my sexy work attire. I am so excited that I've been able to bust out the maxi dresses again though!

{Shopping for} NOTHING! We need to rebuild our savings which means no more shopping for me. I have started my birthday wishlist though ;)

{Writing} Scheduled blog posts. I have found that in order to stay on top of blogging I need to write the majority of my posts during the weekend/my day off and then schedule them for later on in the week. Sometimes nights are just too busy.

{Excited about} The fact that I am going to the Backstreet Boys concert August 8th!!! They have been my favorite band since I was in Elementary school and I have always dreamed about seeing them! I'm also really excited about all the events we have coming up this summer :)

{Obsessed with} This IKEA desk! I'm actually obsessed with this Bloggers entire office! One day I WILL have an office just like that ;)
  
{Laughing at} My fur-child... he always makes me laugh and scream. 

Currently April

I can't believe that it's already April! I've been waiting for this month for what seems like ever! It's the last month of my undergrad, the last month that T & I are living in our current apartment, and it's the month that we finally get to go on our honeymoon! Anywho..

Reading: I just finished up Wanted (Pretty Little Liars book 8) over the weekend and I can't wait to start the next one. I hope that the next "set" is as good as the originals (Sarah Shepard wrote 4 extra books once the TV show became so popular). Also speaking of books I just downloaded 8 new ones because they were all on sale- most of them being at least 50% off!

Listening to: Ever since seeing Icona Pop on Dancing with the Stars I've been obsessed with their song I Love It. I'm also loving the Pink and fun. song Just Give Me A Reason. I need to download some new music onto my iPod for the trip!
Watching: Game of Thrones, Revenge (such a good show!), Real Housewives of Orange County, Law & Order: SVU (as always), and Dancing with the Stars.
Melting over:

This blue color (In The Cab-Ana) from Essie's Resort 2013 collection- I am definitely taking it on the cruise with me.

I've been on the hunt for a new spring/summer fun colored purse for a while now and I'm really liking the Coach Madison Kara bag in Peony (it looks more coral to me though). I have to go check it out in person to see if it's too big or not, but if not it might be a graduation present to myself ;)
Annoyed by: The fact that it's 70 degrees today (even if it's raining) and then the rest of the week is in the 40's. So sick of this Michigan weather! Errrr!
Wearing: Hunter Wellies, black dress pants, blue dress tank, and black cardigan.
Shopping for: NOTHING! Well.. that's not exactly true. I need to go to the student store and find a nice Under Armor Western hoodie. I need to represent my Alma Mater in the future!
Writing: Blog posts- I am trying to catch up from being sick last week :(
Excited about: The fact that I GRADUATE in EIGHTEEN days and leave for our honeymoon in NINETEEN! Oh my word I can't believe it's almost here!
Obsessed with: Organizing and day dreaming about our next place. I always love organizing, but lately it's been all I can think about! I've been watching YouTube videos, making shopping lists at The Container Store, ect. We won't be moving into a new place until July at the earliest, but it's still fun to daydream ;)
Laughing at: Duke Silver who likes to lay in his baby crate when his big boy crate is right next to it LOL

Watching: T & I are watching at least one episode of Game of Thrones every night before bed to get caught up in time for the season 3 premier! We've also been watching The Walking Dead, Revenge, Army Wives (only me), Law & Order: SVU every week.

Melting Over: Duke's cuddles and kisses when he's being a nice puppy!

Annoyed By: This stupid cold weather. I'm ready for spring darn it!

Shopping For: A birthday present for a friend's 2 year old.

Excited About: Graduating and going on our honeymoon! Just really hoping that the time between now and then passes quickly!

Obsessed With: Future house plans, making fun Summer plans, Ruby Red Squirt, Triscuits and Babybel cheese snacks, Pretty Little Liars (book & show), and EOS shaving cream.

Laughing At: The thought of Duke wearing a graduation cap tonight at Puppy Kindergarten when he "graduates" haha
